Machine Management

Machine Management

In this tab, it allows for management of connected machines, i.e. add,edit, delete.

• Includes machine type, grouping, connectivity info, ip address of the machines.

Navigation Menu

On the left sidebar, navigate Machines.

Machine Groups

Take Note

Machine Groups are used to group between machines.

Add Machine Group

1. Locate Machine Groups.
2. Right click on it.
3. Locate Add button.
4. It will open up a modal dialog.

5. Input Group Name.
6. Input Description and Parent Group. [Optional]
7. Save the information by clicking the Save button.

Edit Machine Group

1. Locate Machine Groups.
2. Click on it.
3. It will collapse down the number of Machine Groups created.
4. Right click on one of them.
5. Locate Edit button.
6. It will open up a modal dialog.

7. Update Group Name, Description, Parent Group.
8. Update the information by clicking the Update button.

Delete Machine Group

1. Locate Machine Groups.
2. Click on it.
3. It will collapse down the number of Machine Groups created.
4. Right click on one of them.
5. Locate Delete button.
6. It will open up a modal dialog.

7. Input correct Login Password.
8. Delete the Machine Group by clicking the Delete button.

Machines

Take Note

Configure Machines to perform data collection of the machines.

• Before you Add Machines, make sure you have configured Machine Types in System Settings.

Add Machine

1. Locate Add new Machine button.
2. It will open up a modal dialog.

3. Input Machine Name, Machine Type, Machine Group.
4. Input Description. [Optional]
5. For Machine Type, you can refer Fanuc and Fagor.

4. You can enable the machine by giving a tick to the checkbox.

5. Not only that, you can also enable the operation panel of the machine by giving a tick to the checkbox.
6. Lastly, save the information by clicking the Save button.

Fanuc

1. Pick the machine type which contains Fanuc version from the dropdown.

2. Input correct IP Address, Port and Timeout for the machine.

Fagor

1. Pick the machine type which contains Fagor version from the dropdown.

2. Input correct IP Address, Username and Password for the machine.

3. Input the Axis Load Variable Name and Axis Temperature Variable Name. [Optional]

Edit Machine

1. Locate Edit icon.
2. It will open up a modal dialog.

3. You can edit all the informations in the dialog box.
4. Update the information by clicking the Update button.

Delete Machine

1. Locate delete icon button.
2. It will open up a modal dialog.

3. Input correct Login Password.
4. Delete the machine by clicking the Delete button.
